       台湾东部外海今早发生里氏6.5级地震，到记者发稿时，未有灾情传出。

　　据台湾“中央气象局”发布的地震报告，这起地震发生在17日8时5分48.8秒，震央 位于花莲地震站东偏南187.7公里处，地震深度11公里。

　　各地最大震度，台东兰屿4级，花莲矶崎、宜兰南澳、台东市、南投市、彰化市等地3级，台北、高雄等地2级。

　　地震报告的“附注”还提醒：沿岸地区应防海水位突变。

　　地震发生时，采访“88水灾”的本网记者刘舒凌正在高雄某饭店上网。他说，当时感觉到明显震动，左右摇晃、持续数十秒。

因为今天要去参加婚礼，所以昨天和啊那哒去逛街了，我们从正大广场开始，接着城隍庙买日记本和小玩意，最后去了淮海路。成果是我买了两件衣服，一条裤子；啊那哒买了一条裤子，一条裙子，一件衣服。在巴贝拉里喝了个下午茶，我们转而又去了code combine，没想到三楼在搞活动，买衣服就给你美甲，本来我们就有打算去美甲，嘿嘿，还有这好事，我就买了两件衣服，分开算账，这样我们两都可以用了，哦也。美甲的地方布景非常漂亮，弄好指甲后忍不住对啊那哒说要拍两张，于是就有了下面几张的成品。没拍几张就被他们店员阻止，态度还十分嚣张，说我们再拍就把我们相机里的照片都删掉！挫人！太挫了！这里又没有写禁止拍摄！！！！！

　　首先寻找快钱

　　我们很幸运地认识了一些顶级投资人，但我们在投资条款的商议方面耗费了太多时间。资金比投资建议或者人脉更有价值。下次，我们将重点扩大投资人网络，瞄准那些愿意在企业早期阶段进行快速投资的人，就算他们没有多大名气。跟投资人召开三次会议就算得上耗时太长了，说明你的关系网络还不够大。而且，只要你的项目足够好，大牌投资人自然会找上门来。

　　不要自己做内容

　　时间就是金钱

　　知名天使投资人保罗·格拉汉姆有句话说得好，优秀的企业家会吝啬地使用自己的资源。我喜欢为了好玩而讨价还价，例如为了省下100美元的无线上网费，我会花上3个小时去砍价。相对我们的融资规模而言，这种做法简直是浪费时间。时间比金钱更有价值，因为你没法融到时间。戴维就曾建议为我们的时间标价。你可以按照薪水、剩余融资或公司总值来计算你的工作时间。而随着你的融资增长，你的时间的价格还要水涨船高。

　　营销非小事

　　 PlayCafe失败的主要原因就在于营销失策。戴维和我都出自一家几乎敌视营销的公司PayPal。我们在SEO（搜索引擎优化）和SEM（搜索引擎营销）等方面的努力还算有成果，但要想吸引用户观看实时节目还需要进行持续、技巧高超的营销活动。营销又是一门深奥的学问，不是门外汉能轻易驾驭的。下次创业，我们会融到足够多的资金，在创业初期就聘请一位营销专家。

　　控制和计算用户获得成本

　　我们最初把营销想成一种极为创造性的活动：制作宣传视频、发起营销活动等。最好的营销应该是可控和精确的。在找到一位营销专家前，你可以利用AdWords关键字工具来开始自己的营销，它会告诉你有多少人会在谷歌上搜索某个关键词。一个理想的关键词每个月的搜索次数应该在1万次以上、投放该关键词广告的竞争对手不能超过三家、且它与你的网站有较高的关联性。

　　重视你的合作伙伴

　　合作关系的两个劣势是：合作伙伴反应迟缓，而且你无法控制他们。但除了提升用户数量和营收，合作伙伴也有别的用处，他们能扩张你的关系网络、教你如何营销、帮你发现潜在的竞争对手、成为你的潜在收购者。由于我们过于相信自己的实力，结果怠慢了一些合作伙伴。他们后来表示，如果我们当初跟他们结成更紧密的合作关系，并证实自己的价值，也许他们会收购我们。

　　不要低估支出

　　尽管我怀疑更多融资可能会使我们有不同的结局，但钱多了总能让我们尝试更多的策略。当初我们制定了详细的财务方案，但我低估了成本。下次创业，我们会更好地计算出实际成本，并会稍微融到多一些的钱，这样就可以避免在缺钱时再度融资。

今天我站在这里，为眼前的重责大任感到谦卑，对各位的信任心怀感激，对先贤的牺牲铭记在心。我要谢谢布什总统为这个国家的服务，也感谢他在政权转移期间的宽厚和配合。

四十四位美国人发表过总统就职誓言，这些誓词或是在繁荣富强及和平宁静之际发表，或是在乌云密布，时局动荡之时。在艰困的时候，美国能箕裘相继，不仅因为居高位者有能力或愿景，也因为人民持续对先人的抱负有信心，也忠于创建我国的法统。

因此，美国才能承继下来。因此，这一代美国人必须承继下去。

现在大家都知道我们正置身危机核心，我国正处于对抗深远暴力和憎恨的战争。我们的经济元气大伤，是某些人贪婪且不负责任的后果，也是大众未能做出艰难的选择，为国家进入新时代做淮备所致。许多人失去房子，丢了工作，生意垮了。我们的医疗照护太昂贵，学校教育辜负了许多人。每天都有更多证据显示，我们利用能源的方式壮大我们的对敌，威胁我们的星球。

这些都是得自资料和统计数据的危机指标。比较无法测量但同样深沉的，是举国信心尽失─持续担心美国将无可避免地衰退，也害怕下一代一定会眼界变低。

今天我要告诉各位，我们面临的挑战是真的，挑战非常严重，且不在少数。它们不是可以轻易，或在短时间内解决。但是，美国要了解，这些挑战会被解决。

在这一天，我们聚在一起，因为我们选择希望而非恐惧，有意义的团结而非纷争和不合。

在这一天，我们来此宣示，那些无用的抱怨和虚伪的承诺已终结，那些扭曲我们政治已久的相互指控和陈旧教条已终结。

我们仍是个年轻的国家，但借用圣经的话，摆脱幼稚事物的时刻到来了，重申我们坚忍精神的时刻到来了，选择我们更好的历史，实践那种代代传承的珍贵权利，那种高贵的理念：就是上帝的应许，我们每个人都是平等的，每个人都是自由的，每个人都应该有机会追求全然的幸福。

为了我们，他们胼手胝足，在西部安顿下来；忍受风吹雨打，筚路蓝缕。

为了我们，他们奋斗不懈，在康科特和盖茨堡，诺曼地和溪山等地葬身。

前人不断的奋斗与牺牲，直到双手皮开肉绽，我们才能享有比较好的生活。他们将美国视为大于所有个人企图心总和的整体，超越出身、财富或小圈圈的差异。

这是我们今天继续前进的旅程。我们仍旧是全球最繁荣强盛的国家。这场危机爆发时，我们的劳工生产力并未减弱。我们的心智一样创新，我们的产品和劳务和上周或上个月或去年相比，一样是必需品。我们的能力并未减损。但是我们墨守成规、维护狭小利益、推迟引人不悦的决定，这段时期肯定已经过去。从今天起，我们必须重新出发、再次展开再造美国的工程。

现在，有人质疑我们的企图心规模，暗示说我们的体系无法承受太多的大计画。这些人的记性不好。因为他们忘记了这个国家已经完成的成就，当创造力朝同一个目标发展，不受约束的男男女女可以完成何等成就，必要的是勇气。

怀疑者无法理解的是他们的主张已经站不住脚，长期以来折磨我们的陈腐政治争议已经行不通。我们今天的问题不是政府太大或太小，而是有无功效，是否能帮助家庭找到薪水不错的工作，支付得起照顾费用，有尊严的退休。哪个方向能够提供肯定的答案，我们就往那里走。答案是否定的地方，计画就会停止。所有我们这些管理大众金钱的人都将负起责任，花钱要精明，改掉恶习，正大光明作事情，只有这样我们才能重建政府与人民间最重要的信任。

我们眼前的问题也不是说市场的力量是善或恶。市场创造财富和增加自由的力量无与伦比，但是这场危机提醒我们没有监督时，市场发展将失控，当市场只偏爱有钱人时，国家无法永续繁荣。我们经济成功的依据，不只是国内生产毛额的规模，还有繁荣可及的范围，以及我们将机会拓展给每个愿意打拼的人，不是因为施舍，而是因为这就是达到我们共同利益最稳健的途径。

至于我们的共同防卫，我们认为必须在我们的自由和理想之间作一抉择是不确实的，我们拒绝接受。我们建国诸父在我们难以想像的危难之中。拟具了确保法治和人权的宪章，被一代代以鲜血扩大充实的宪章。这些理想依然照亮这个世界，我们不会为了便宜行事而扬弃它。同样地，今日在观看此情此景的其他民族和政府，从最宏伟的都城到家父出生的小村庄，我要说：任何一个国家、男、女、和孩童，只要你在追求一个和平且有尊严的未来，美国就是你的朋友，我们淮备再次带领大家。

If there is anyone out there who still doubts that America is a place where all things are possible; who still wonders if the dream of our founders is a live in our time; who still questions the power of our democracy, tonight is your answer.
It’s the answer told by lines that stretched around schools and churches in numbers this nation has never seen; by people who waited three hours and four hours, many for the very first time in their lives, because they believed that this time must be different; that their voice could be that difference.
It’s the answer spoken by young and old, rich and poor, Democrat and Republican, black, white, Latino, Asian, Native American, gay, straight, disabled and not disabled – Americans who sent a message to the world that we have never been a collection of Red States and Blue States: we are, and always will be, the United States of America.
It’s the answer that led those who have been told for so long by so many to be cynical, and fearful, and doubtful of what we can achieve to put their hands on the arc of history and bend it once more toward the hope of a better day.
It’s been a long time coming, but tonight, because of what we did on this day, in this election, at this defining moment, change has come to America.
I just received a very gracious call from Senator McCain. He fought long and hard in this campaign, and he’s fought even longer and harder for the country he loves. He has endured sacrifices for America that most of us cannot begin to imagine, and we are better off for the service rendered by this brave and selfless leader. I congratulate him and Governor Palin for all they have achieved, and I look forward to working with them to renew this nation’s promise in the months ahead.
I want to thank my partner in this journey, a man who campaigned from his heart and spoke for the men and women he grew up with on the streets of Scranton and rode with on that train home to Delaware, the Vice President-elect of the United States, Joe Biden.
I would not be standing here tonight without the unyielding support of my best friend for the last sixteen years, the rock of our family and the love of my life, our nation’s next First Lady, Michelle Obama. Sasha and Malia, I love you both so much, and you have earned the new puppy that’s coming with us to the White House. And while she’s no longer with us, I know my grandm other is watching, along with the family that made me who I am. I miss them tonight, and know that my debt to them is beyond measure.
To my campaign manager David Plouffe, my chief strategist David Axelrod, and the best campaign team ever assembled in the history of politics – you made this happen, and I am forever grateful for what you’ve sacrificed to get it done.
But above all, I will never forget who this victory truly belongs to – it belongs to you.
I was never the likeliest candidate for this office. We didn’t start with much money or many endorsements. Our campaign was not hatched in the halls of Washington – it began in the backyards of Des Moines and the living rooms of Concord and the front porches of Charleston.
It was built by working men and women who dug into what little savings they had to give five dollars and ten dollars and twenty dollars to this cause. It grew strength from the young people who rejected the myth of their generation’s apathy; who left their homes and their families for jobs that offered little pay and less sleep; from the not-so-young people who braved the bitter cold and scorching heat to knock on the doors of perfect strangers; from the millions of Americans who volunteered, and organized, and proved that more than two centuries later, a government of the people, by the people and for the people has not perished from this Earth. This is your victory.
I know you didn’t do this just to win an election and I know you didn’t do it for me. You did it because you understand the enormity of the task that lies ahead. For even as we celebrate tonight, we know the challenges that tomorrow will bring are the greatest of our lifetime – two wars, a planet in peril, the worst financial crisis in a century. Even as we stand here tonight, we know there are brave Americans waking up in the deserts of Iraq and the mountains of Afghanistan to risk their lives for us. There are mothers and fathers who will lie awake after their children fall asleep and wonder how they’ll make the mortgage, or pay their doctor’s bills, or save enough for college. There is new energy to harness and new jobs to be created; new schools to build and threats to meet and alliances to repair.
The road ahead will be long. Our climb will be steep. We may not get there in one year or even one term, but America – I have never been more hopeful than I am tonight that we will get there. I promise you – we as a people will get there.
There will be setbacks and false starts. There are many who won’t agree with every decision or policy I make as President, and we know that government can’t solve every problem. But I will always be honest with you about the challenges we face. I will listen to you, especially when we disagree. And above all, I will ask you join in the work of remaking this nation the only way it’s been done in America for two-hundred and twenty-one years – block by block, brick by brick, calloused hand by calloused hand.
What began twenty-one months ago in the depths of winter must not end on this autumn night. This victory alone is not the change we seek – it is only the chance for us to make that change. And that cannot happen if we go back to the way things were. It cannot happen without you.
So let us summon a new spirit of patriotism; of service and responsibility where each of us resolves to pitch in and work harder and look after not onlyourselves, but each other. Let us remember that if this financial crisis taught us anything, it’s that we cannot have a thriving Wall Street while Main Street suffers – in this country, we rise or fall as one nation; as one p
eople.
Let us resist the temptation to fall back on the same partisanship and pettiness and immaturity that has poisoned our politics for so long. Let us remember that it was a man from this state who first carried the banner of the Republican Party to the White House – a party founded on the values of self-reliance, individual liberty, and national unity. Those are values we all share, and while the Democratic Party has won a great victory tonight, we do so with a measure of humility and determination to heal the divides that have held back our progress. As Lincoln said to a nation far more divided than ours, “We are not enemies, but friends…though passion may have strained it must not break our bonds of affection.” And to those Americans whose supportI have yet to earn – I may not have won your vote, but I hear your voices,I need your help, and I will be your President too.
And to all those watching tonight from beyond our shores, from parliaments and palaces to those who are huddled around radios in the forgotten corners of our world – our stories are singular, but our destiny is shared, and a new dawn of American leadership is at hand. To those who would tear this world down – we will defeat you. To those who seek peace and security – we support you. And to all those who have wondered if America’s beacon still burns as bright – tonight we proved once more that the true strength of our nation comes not from our the might of our arms or the scale of our wealth, but from the enduring power of our ideals: democracy, liberty, opportunity, and unyielding hope.
For that is the true genius of America – that America can change. Our union can be perfected. And what we have already achieved gives us hope for what we can and must achieve tomorrow.
This election had many firsts and many stories that will be told for generations. But one that’s on my mind tonight is about a woman who cast her ballot in Atlanta. She’s a lot like the millions of others who stood in line to make their voice heard in this election except for one thing – Ann Nixon Cooper is 106 years old.
She was born just a generation past slavery; a time when there were no cars on the road or planes in the sky; when someone like her couldn’t vote for two reasons – because she was a woman and because of the color of her skin.
And tonight, I think about all that she’s seen throughout her century in America – the heartache and the hope; the struggle and the progress; the times we were told that we can’t, and the people who pressed on with that American creed: Yes we can.At a time when women’s voices were silenced and theirhopes dismissed, she lived to see them stand up and speak out and reach forthe ballot. Yes we can.
When there was despair in the dust bowl and depression across the land, she saw a nation conquer fear itself with a New Deal, new jobs and a new sense of common purpose. Yes we can.
When the bombs fell on our harbor and tyranny threatened the world, she was there to witness a generation rise to greatness and a democracy was saved. Yes we can.
She was there for the buses in Montgomery, the hoses in Birmingham, a bridge in Selma, and a preacher from Atlanta who told a people that “We Shall Overcome.” Yes we can.
A man touched down on the moon, a wall came down in Berlin, a world was connected by our own science and imagination. And this year, in this election, she touched her finger to a screen, and cast her vote, because after 106 years in America, through the best of times and the darkest of hours, she knows how America can change. Yes we can.
America, we have come so far. We have seen so much. But there is so much more to do. So tonight, let us ask ourselves – if our children should live to see the next century; if my daughters should be so lucky to live as long as Ann Nixon Cooper, what change will they see? What progress will we have made?
This is our chance to answer that call. This is our moment. This is our time– to put our people back to work and open doors of opportunity for our kids; to restore prosperity and promote the cause of peace; to reclaim the American Dream and reaffirm that fundamental truth – that out of many, we are one; that while we breathe, we hope, and where we are met with cynicism, and doubt, and those who tell us that we can’t, we will respond with that timeless creed that sums up the spirit of a people:

提醒有意报考2009年国家公务员的考生，从10月15日8:00起，可登录人力资源和社会保障部网站（http://www.mohrss.gov.cn）提交报考申请，报名时间截止至10月24日24:00。
今年共有134个中央机关及其直属机构和参照公务员法管理的单位面向社会公开招考，按照计划，此次公务员考试考录人数为13500多人，但考录的职位数比2008年度增加近10％。报名全部采取网络报名的方式进行，不设现场报名。报考人员只能选择一个部门或单位中的一个职位进行报名。在报名期间未通过资格审查的，可以改报其他职位。在25日0：00至26日18：00期间，报考申请未审查或未通过资格审查的，不能再改报其他职位。
按照有关规定，2009年度公务员考试录用中，报考者必须是在1972年10月15日至1990年10月15日期间出生。
