央行昨日宣布，自6月20日起上调存款类金融机构人民币存款准备金率0.5个百分点。这是央行年内第五次上调存款准备金率，至此，大型金融机构存款准备金率升至21.5%，再创历史新高。存准率上调，银行用来放贷的资金便会减少，融道网专家表示，有迹象显示，为使利润最大化，越来越多的商业银行必然会将有限的信贷资源投放到高利率的信贷产品上，议价能力较弱的中小企业客户成为商业银行青睐的目标。
央行对存准率依然保持一月一调的频率，昨日央行再次宣布将进行年内第六次上调存款准备金率。东方证券银行业高级分析师金麟表示，大型金融机构存款准备金率已达21.5%，已至历史高点。商业银行也普遍面临流动性不足。
存准率上调，银行用来放贷的资金便会减少，各商业银行基于经营利润的压力，大大抑制了低利率信贷产品的放贷冲动，为使利润最大化，银行必然会将有限的信贷资源投放到高利率的信贷产品上。
存贷利差是中国银行业利润的主要来源，从信贷业务的客户构成上来看，银行客户主要分三大类：大企业客户、个贷客户、中小企业客户。融道网研究员廖兰姣表示，由于大企业客户融资成本很低，银行利润微薄；而房贷需求大幅萎缩，个人贷款客户利润贡献率也明显下降；只有中小企业客户的信贷需求多年来持续旺盛。银行基于收益的考虑，在贷款规模紧缩的大环境下，势必要偏向议价能力强，回报率更高的中小企业业务。
